Interim HR Director | London | Up to £110,000p/a + Bonus | 12 month FTC We are partnering with a boutique, purpose led, international consultancy to appoint an Interim HR Director for an initial period of transformation and change.
This is a HR leadership role with genuine global scope, working closely with the CEO and Group Chief People Officer and playing a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation's people strategy across multiple international markets.
The organisation has approximately 200 employees across eight countries, with a small, highly capable global HR team spanning the UK and APAC.
The Role The successful candidate will operate as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, combining strategic leadership with a pragmatic, hands on approach.
This is an opportunity for an HR leader who is comfortable setting the direction but equally willing to get into the detail and deliver where required.
Key responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the global HR function and team.
Shaping and delivering the global people strategy, aligning it with organisational priorities and local market requirements.
