As CPO, you'll define and deliver the people strategy, drive organisational design and culture, lead on talent and leadership development, and oversee a high performing people function spanning both UK and international operations. You'll be a trusted adviser to the most senior stakeholders, influential at Board level, and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves at a tactical level when needed.
What we're looking for:
- A seasoned CPO or senior HR leader with genuine strategic credibility and hands on delivery capability.
- Background in consulting, technology, or similarly complex, intellectually demanding environments would be a real advantage.
- Ideally experience within large multinationals as well as small, scaling organisations.
- Experience navigating unionised workplaces and leading annual pay negotiations beneficial but not essential.
- Deep expertise across the full HR spectrum: OD, culture, reward, L&D, ED&I, ER and talent.
- A genuine innovator β someone who brings evidence based thinking and challenges convention in how organisations develop their people.
The details:
- London, hybrid β minimum three days per week in the office.
- £115,000 β £155,000p/a plus benefits including private medical, dental, and flexible leave.

If you're a people leader who thrives in a high expectations, high support culture and wants to do the most meaningful work of your career, we'd love to hear from you.
