Recruitment Event (Estate Agents, Lettings, Mortgage Services): 19th March 5-7pm, Cambridge Tucker Gardner, by appointment only.

Due to continued growth, we are now openly recruiting for various positions across Estate Agency, Lettings and Mortgage Services to include: Sales Negotiators, Lister's, Lettings Negotiators and Experienced or Trainee Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and attributes required to join our team:

  • Ideally from a Sales or Customer Services background
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
