Our 2026 strategy includes the establishment of a new and dedicated Production Facility in the UK. We are therefore seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Services Manager to play a key role in setting up and leading the facility, due to go live in the summer.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operational leadership of our first manufacturing site outside of Turkey. The role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and scalable manufacturing operations, delivering high-reliability electronic products to defence, aerospace, and industrial customers.
The EMS Plant Manager owns production performance, quality, cost, delivery, people, and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with UK, export-control, and customer-specific requirements.

We are looking for someone who knows how to make a plant/factory tick. Make it run smoothly. Is ahead of everything, can spot issues before they come problems.
Given the nature of this role, this position will be base 5 days a week on site. There is not and there will not be any provision to work from home or work in a hybrid fashion. This role will be 5 days per week on site. We also cannot provide sponsorship for this or any role. Candidates must possess the ability to work in the UK without the requirement for sponsorship.
What we require from you:
Essential- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in Electronics Manufacturing, with demonstrative experience in a plant or operations leadership role.
- Strong background in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) / CEM (Contract Electronic Manufacturing) environments.
- Experience managing SMT lines, assembly, test, and integration.
- Solid understanding of IPC standards and quality systems.
- Proven leadership in low-volume, high-mix, high-reliability production.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or safety-critical electronics.
- Exposure to export-controlled programs (ITAR/EAR awareness preferred).
- Experience supporting customer audits from Tier-1 or government customers.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and digital manufacturing tools.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification.
- Strong operational and people leadership.

- Excellent stakeholder and customer communication.
- Calm under pressure, delivery-focused mindset.
- High integrity and compliance awareness.
