TUALCOM is a growing international technology business, and is looking for its first dedicated UK finance hire. Alongside managing day-to-day financial activity, you will help develop the systems, controls and processes needed to support future growth.
Please note this role is fully onsite, 5 days per week in our London Docklands offices (London E14) - We do not offer the ability to work from home or in a hybrid capacity.
We are looking for someone who has managed the Finance Operations of a business as a whole as opposed to an accountant who has managed financial records for multiple clients. Ideally, candidates would have experience of managing Finance Operations of a manufacturing business.

What you will do:
- Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing
- Monitor bank accounts and complete reconciliations
- Support payroll, month-end close and management accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Manage relationships with external accountants and banking providers
- Support audits, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Help introduce and maintain finance, ERP, CRM and HR systems
What we require:
- Previous experience within a finance function
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel and accounting software experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems and corporate banking portals
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly
A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business would be beneficial. Professional qualifications and business-level Turkish would also be advantageous, but not a must.
