You’ll develop and deliver smart sales strategies, backed by competitor insights and market research, while building lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, technical expertise, and trusted advice.
You’ll also guide and inspire our sales team, supporting their professional development while ensuring disciplined use of CRM and seamless account management. Alongside this, you’ll manage bid activity from start to finish, coordinating inputs, crafting proposals, and leading submissions that secure success. With travel mainly across the UK, you’ll represent the company at events, strengthen our network, and drive the growth of our business.

In an ideal world, you’ll be degree-qualified in electrical, electronic, or communications engineering (or similar) with demonstrable experience working with products like GPS, GNSS, PNT, data links, electronic warfare, RF, or microwave antenna systems.
