The predicted salary is between 33075 - 40425 £ per year.
Many finance roles involve joining an established team and following processes that are already in place. This one offers more. TUALCOM is a growing international technology business, and is looking for its first dedicated UK finance hire. Alongside managing day-to-day financial activity, you will help develop the systems, controls and processes needed to support future growth.
What you will do:
- Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing
- Monitor bank accounts and complete reconciliations
- Support payroll, month-end close and management accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Manage relationships with external accountants and banking providers
- Support audits, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Help introduce and maintain finance, ERP, CRM and HR systems
What we require:
- Previous experience within a finance function
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel and accounting software experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems and corporate banking portals
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly
A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business would be beneficial. Professional qualifications and business-level Turkish would also be advantageous. As the UK business grows, you will have the opportunity to shape the finance function, take on greater responsibility and receive support towards future professional development.
Please note this role is fully onsite, 5 days per week in our London Docklands offices (London E14) - We do not offer the ability to work from home or in a hybrid capacity.
