What you'll do:
- Lead the kitchen day-to-day
- Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
- Menu Development
- Train, support, and motivate the team
- Keep the kitchen safe, compliant, and audit-ready
- Manage stock, ordering, suppliers, and food costs
