An exciting new General Manager opportunity exists at this independent, fresh food café in the heart of beautiful Mylor Harbour. Working alongside the FOH Manager, you will focus on front of house service standards while supporting a small but skilled kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of the operation. Located in a prime waterfront area with strong local trade and high footfall, this café enjoys high volume during peak season with steady trade throughout the year.
This is an all-round General Management role which will involve overseeing the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards and operating procedures are maintained. You will work in the kitchen at times and take responsibility for GP's, stock control, health and safety, and ordering.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with exceptional hospitality experience and a proven ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of kitchen operations is required, along with a genuine love of fresh food and developing exciting menus.
