Packing and Dispatch Team Supervisor

TTS 24-7 Recruitment are seeking a motivated and hands-on Packing and Dispatch Team Supervisor to join our client’s busy bakery production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to customers across Ayrshire and beyond.

Your Role:

As the Packing and Dispatch Supervisor, you will:

• Lead by example, assisting and supervising the Packing and Dispatch team.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring they are correct first time.
• Operate wrapping/flow-wrap machines efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with production and dispatch staff to meet daily targets.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Be physically fit and capable of working on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
• Work quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail and numbers.
• Have a personable attitude and experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Hours and Salary:

• Schedule: 5 days out of 7 (Sunday to Friday), with an 8am or 9am start. Flexibility is essential as the role requires a \”job and finish\” approach.
• Salary: Starting at £34,000 per annum.
• Start Date: Immediate.
