About the Role

Requirements
- Clinical & Patient Care: Independently manage an advanced and complex musculoskeletal (MSK) caseload involving spinal and peripheral conditions. Deliver patient-centred, evidence-based care with clear communication, informed consent, and outcome-driven clinical decision-making.
- Leadership & Service Development: Provide day-to-day clinical leadership across the physiotherapy team, uphold clinical governance and risk management standards, contribute to policy development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives, and lead service enhancement projects across the clinic.
- Professional Development & Education: Lead and develop the internal CPD programme, including in-service training and mentoring. Support clinician progression, encourage reflective practice, and foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence. Utilise clinic management effectively to support scheduling, patient communication, performance monitoring, and compliance with data protection and governance requirements.
