The Role
You will lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and a positive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop the care team.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and governance standards.
About You
You will ideally have:
- At least three years' experience as a Care Home Manager.
- A Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and operational management skills.
