We’re looking for a recently qualified Part II Architectural Assistant to join TTPP and build the practical experience needed to progress towards Part III.

TTPP is a friendly, established and growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, with a strong focus on the transport sector.

Collaboration is important to how we work; as an ISO 44001-accredited business, we value open and constructive working relationships with our clients, colleagues, consultants and contractors.

Our architectural team works closely with our project managers, quantity surveyors, building surveyors and safety specialists, giving you the opportunity to see the wider picture and understand how projects are delivered from initial design through to completion.

The role is based at our London office, with regular opportunities to visit projects and attend meetings on site.

This is a hands-on role rather than one focused solely on producing drawings.

You will work on live projects from early design through to completion, alongside our architects, surveyors and project managers.

As well as developing designs, drawings and specifications, you will have the opportunity to attend site visits and meetings, coordinate with consultants, support contract administration, liaise with contractors, inspect works and assist with snagging and project close-out.

It is a good opportunity for someone who wants to understand how a project comes together in practice, and to build broad experience as they work towards Part III.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn, with strong Auto CAD skills.

Experience of Revit, Sketch Up or Photoshop would be useful, but is not essential.

Rail or transport-sector experience would be welcome, although it is not required.

In return, you will join a supportive team, work on real projects and gain broad experience across design and construction.
