As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TTP, you'll help us find and hire exceptional people across a diverse mix of technical, commercial, and operational roles.
Success here is less about volume and more about judgement, curiosity and finding the right person.
You'll own hiring end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand what their teams really need, shape effective hiring approaches and deliver an excellent experience for candidates.
We're looking for someone with strong recruitment instincts and a thoughtful, hands-on approach.
You'll likely bring
- A track record in talent acquisition or recruitment, either in-house or agency, with experience finding and engaging scarce, high-calibre candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence and constructively challenge.
- Experience owning end-to-end recruitment, from understanding and shaping a brief through sourcing, assessment, feedback and offer.
- Strong direct-sourcing skills and hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter and application tracking systems.
- The ability to create engaging, inclusive job adverts and personalised outreach that resonates with different audiences.
- A strong focus on candidate experience, with clear, timely and thoughtful communication throughout the hiring process.
- An interest in continually improving how we hire, including using AI appropriately and transparently without losing the human judgement that good recruitment depends on.
- Adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving business needs.
- Able to work fully on-site five days a week, enabling close collaboration with colleagues and hiring teams.
- Experience recruiting within Med Tech or another complex technical or scientific environment would be useful, but isn't essential.
