Join us in shaping the future of healthcare. At TTP, we’re building transformative neurotechnology – medical devices that interface directly with the nervous system to diagnose, monitor and treat conditions such as epilepsy, dementia, chronic pain and more.

This is an opportunity to lead programmes at the forefront of science and engineering, where your work will make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. You’ll collaborate with a talented, multidisciplinary team to turn bold ideas into products that matter – and guide them all the way to clinical use.

As a Project Leader in our Neurotech team, you’ll take on exciting technical challenges, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of a thriving market area.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex, multidisciplinary projects – from early-stage concepts to clinical use.
  • Support sales opportunities, crafting compelling proposals that turn client needs into clear, deliverable plans.
  • Mentor and support less experienced colleagues, ensuring quality and consistency across projects and proposals.

What You\’ll Bring

You’re likely a seasoned project or programme leader with a strong track record in complex product development. You’ve taken products to market, overcome technical and commercial challenges, and know how to align teams and clients around shared goals.

Your background might be in engineering or science – but more important than your technical discipline is your ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, navigate ambiguity, and bring clarity to complexity.

While experience in medical devices is welcome, it isn’t essential. What matters most is your drive to deliver impactful technology and your commitment to delivering world-class work in a fast-growing field.

Your application will stand out if you have:

A background in engineering or science, with the ability to frame and solve complex problems from concept development through to detailed design and verification testing.

Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale product development projects.

A track record in a consulting environment, delivering high-impact technical programmes.

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues and suppliers.

Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory frameworks for product development and manufacturing in regulated industries (preferably medical and ISO 13485).
