We invent, design, and manufacture impactful products and technologies across a wide range of industries – including healthcare, life science, energy, and communications – and at the intersection of biology, physical science and engineering. Our working culture encourages entrepreneurship, shared ideas and technical collaboration, while providing you with the freedom to do your best work.

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile marketing executive to join our growing team and help deliver impactful marketing activity across a fast-moving and innovative professional services environment. This is a broad B2B marketing role with plenty of variety — ideal for a generalist who enjoys combining digital marketing, content promotion, CRM activity, social media, events and campaign delivery within a collaborative, technically focused business. Working closely with industry-focused Marketing Managers, you’ll help deliver integrated campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation and business growth across a range of markets and technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the deployment of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, webinars and events
  • Coordinating campaign activity, content, schedules, assets and reporting
  • Managing and optimising HubSpot email campaigns, CRM audiences and nurture workflows
  • Supporting website updates, SEO/ GEO activity and campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Promoting thought leadership content across LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels
  • Managing sponsored attendance at conferences, exhibitions and marketing events

Qualifications:

You’re a hands-on, commercially aware marketer who enjoys variety and thrives in collaborative environments. You’re curious, proactive and comfortable communicating complex technical ideas in a clear and engaging way. Most importantly, you’re excited to broaden your marketing skills across multiple disciplines and channels within an innovative consultancy environment.

  • Around 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong communication, organisation and project coordination skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and SEO fundamentals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

It would be great if you also bring:

  • Experience within technology, engineering, consultancy or other innovation-led sectors
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush or other CMS platforms
  • Experience working with technical or specialist subject matter experts
  • A STEM or marketing-related qualification
