Our working culture encourages entrepreneurship, shared ideas and technical collaboration, while providing you with the freedom to do your best work.

About the role

We are excited to be hiring for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager who will play a key role in strengthening TTP’s brand equity, developing compelling value propositions, and building a scalable communication strategy that ensures consistent messaging across global markets and audiences. In addition to developing and leading marketing communications at a TTP level, this role will directly support and partner with several business areas. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong understanding of selected markets and customers, translating brand positioning and messaging into commercially relevant market strategies, campaigns, and communication activities.

You’ll bring combined strength in B2B marketing expertise, along with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for diverse stakeholders: from CEOs and/or business leaders to engineers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s global brand messaging and communications strategy.
  • Strengthen brand equity and ensure consistent TTP brand positioning across all markets and channels.
  • Build and maintain a scalable messaging framework and messaging house, aligned with company strategy and market needs.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to shape strategic communications and develop campaigns that elevate the TTP plc brand as a leader in B2B technology consultancies.
  • Reporting back to the business on TTP plc’s brand awareness in existing and new markets.

Market and Commercial Support

  • Own and support selected market teams, developing a strong understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive environment within assigned markets and customer segments.
  • Adapt TTP global messaging and brand strategies into market-specific communication plans.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.
  • Support campaigns and energise customer engagement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Design team to ensure alignment between visual identity, messaging, and communication strategy.
  • Partner with the Omnichannel Marketing Executive to align brand, digital campaigns, online presence, and lead generation activities with broader communication objectives.
  • Collaborate with other Business Unit Marketing Managers to ensure consistency of messaging, sharing of best practices, and alignment across markets and business areas.
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and leadership teams to align messaging with business objectives and market realities.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in scientific, technical or engineering industries is strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or brand management.
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar strategic marketing role.
  • Robust B2B marketing experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience developing brand positioning, customer and account segmentation, communication strategies, and value propositions.
  • Demonstrable background in creating messaging architectures and messaging houses.
  • Experience in executing campaigns, tracking and reporting on results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Strategic thinker with sound commercial awareness.
  • Excellent storyteller and communicator.
  • Able to simplify complex technical ideas into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Strong sense of brand consistency and positioning.
  • Curious, collaborative and proactive working style.
