What You'll Do
Shipping
- Coordinating UK shipments
- Processing courier invoices
- Managing our import customs inbox (one month every quarter)
- Processing delivery notes
Timesheets
- Sending weekly and month-end timesheet reminders
- Completing their own timesheet
Project Reviews
- Managing the project review process
Business Development
- Sending month-end reminders to record meetings
- Assisting consultants with recording and saving meeting notes
- Sending reminders to record meetings
- Adding new contacts and clients to the system
- Updating the ‘Who's Meeting Whom’ email each Friday
Travel
- Helping to find and book UK hotels
- Supporting wider travel arrangements
Accounts Payments
- Processing credit card payments
- Handling expense reports
- Arranging bank transfers
Meetings
- Booking onsite meeting rooms
Training Outcome
Upon completion of the Business Administrator Apprenticeship, learners may progress into roles such as Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Project Support Officer, or Business Support Coordinator. They may also choose to undertake further training, such as a Level 4 apprenticeship project management, or other specialist business areas.
