  • Gaining a strong understanding of industries we work across.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, rapidly expanding your knowledge in new fields.

You will develop as a consultant by fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, understanding markets, engaging with clients, and presenting your findings. Candidate Profile

  • Academic record reflecting rigorous, first-principles thinking—minimum 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with PhD expected within 6-12 months.
  • Commercially aware and entrepreneurial, eager to turn breakthrough technologies into real-world products and impact.
  • Proactive, self-starting, with personal responsibility and a drive to make things happen.
  • Collaborative and emotionally intelligent, capable of building trust, influencing stakeholders, and clearly communicating complex ideas.
