Job Description

As a Net Suite Support Administrator at TTP, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of TTP's ERP platform.

Net Suite is an integral piece of our ERP platform, meaning this role is vital to our company's operations.

Your main responsibility in this role will be to provide Net Suite support to multiple stakeholders, including Finance and Accounts, Business Development / CRM, Project Leaders, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership Team.

Your collaboration with the Power BI team and provision of accurate data will be crucial.

They will be there to assist you and provide necessary development as you navigate your responsibilities as a Net Suite Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Once you have settled in, you'll be supporting with

  • Administration of users, roles, and permissions.
  • Troubleshooting bugs.
  • Upgrading and patching the platform as required.

There will plenty of opportunities for you to progress and develop your skillset within the first year, including:

  • Training users on Net Suite.
  • Creating / Configuring / Updating workflows, Suite Scripts, saved searches and reports.
  • Documenting existing business processes and recommending improvements.
  • Learning to use new tools across various platforms, such as Power BI, Microsoft Planner, Power Automate, Hub Spot.
  • Creating / Managing cross functional system or team projects.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role you will have the propensity to learn both the technical and the business support elements of this critical Programme Administration role.

You will have experience of working in a business support function (e. g.

IT, Accounts, Administration).

  • You will demonstrate an understanding of the landscape around O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), R2R (Record-to-Report), Fixed Assets and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

If not, you will pick these concepts up quickly and be capable of adding value with speed and ease.

  • Having Net Suite certifications (e. g., Suite Foundation, Suite Analytics, Administrator) is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • Being aware of how a technology consultancy works, or familiarity with a fees-for-time / time-based professional services is advantageous.

Having any of the following would be useful, but is not essential

  • Experience in Suite Script.
  • Experience with Celigo and Hub Spot.
  • Degree in a STEM subject, or equivalent work experience.
  • Use of generative AI to investigate problems and curate effective solutions.
