We’re looking for a proactive and versatile marketing executive to join our growing team and help deliver impactful marketing activity across a fast-moving and innovative professional services environment. This is a broad B2B marketing role with plenty of variety – ideal for a generalist who enjoys combining digital marketing, content promotion, CRM activity, social media, events and campaign delivery within a collaborative, technically focused business.
Working closely with industry-focused Marketing Managers, you’ll help deliver integrated campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation and business growth across a range of markets and technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the deployment of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, webinars and events
- Coordinating campaign activity, content, schedules, assets and reporting
- Managing and optimising HubSpot email campaigns, CRM audiences and nurture workflows
- Supporting website updates, SEO/GEO activity and campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Promoting thought leadership content across LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels
- Managing sponsored attendance at conferences, exhibitions and marketing events
- Working closely with technical experts, business development teams and external suppliers
Qualifications
- You’re a hands‑on, commercially aware marketer who enjoys variety and thrives in collaborative environments.
- You’re curious, proactive and comfortable communicating complex technical ideas in a clear and engaging way.
- Most importantly, you’re excited to broaden your marketing skills across multiple disciplines and channels within an innovative consultancy environment.
- Around 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong communication, organisation and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and SEO fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
It Would Be Great If You Also Bring
- Experience within technology, engineering, consultancy or other innovation‑led sectors
