TTP Performance, established in 2002, is an Historic race car preparer. Following a sustained period of growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced motor mechanic/technician to join our family team preparing mainly British classic sports racing cars, based at our workshop near Droitwich.

The individual's enthusiasm, energy, and pace of delivery are extremely important for this role as well as their workmanship quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tyres, and filter replacements
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Note: This is not an entry-level position. Previous experience as a Mechanic or relevant automotive training is required.

Job type: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, 40 hours

Location: Droitwich Spa

Salary: Competitive, dependent on candidate's skills and experience
