We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Home Workers to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. This is more than a job it’s a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives every single day.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily living needs.
  • Monitor and record health signs, reporting changes promptly.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence.
  • Encourage residents to take part in hobbies, activities, and social engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment

What We’re Looking For: Caring, compassionate nature and a genuine interest in supporting others.

  • 6 months+ experience in care is mandatory
  • Flexible and open to working more than 25 hours per week.
  • Team player with empathy, patience, and reliability.
  • NISCC certificate necessary
