We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Home Workers to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. This is more than a job it’s a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily living needs.
- Monitor and record health signs, reporting changes promptly.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence.
- Encourage residents to take part in hobbies, activities, and social engagement.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
What We’re Looking For: Caring, compassionate nature and a genuine interest in supporting others.
