TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to work with a well established client in the Belfast area. In this role, you will provide high-quality Nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Band 5 Nurse.
- Previous nursing experience in clinical settings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ health and medical needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor residents\’ vital signs and report any changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding health management and care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed, promoting resident independence and dignity.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement in care delivery.
