We have an urgent need for Band 2 & 3 HCAs in the Craigavon Area Hospital. We require candidates to have a minimum of 6 months experience in an Acute setting, and are offering market-leading pay, exceptional support and the opportunity to progress your career.
Minimum Requirements
- Help patients with their daily needs, making sure they feel comfortable and happy.
- Assist patients in moving and getting around, so they feel safe and confident.
- Keep an eye on patients' health signs and write them down, so we can help them quickly if anything changes.
- Be a friendly presence for patients, offering emotional support and being a friend.
- Encourage patients to do things they enjoy, like activities and hobbies, to boost their mood and well-being.
- Make sure patients' wishes are heard by talking with them and the healthcare team.
- Keep the place clean and safe, which is important for patients' peace and getting better.
