TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Roscommon are hiring a Grade III temporary Clerical Officer.
3 month temporary contract.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 35hour working week.
Rates of Pay: €16.87 – €26.25 depending on previous relevant public experience
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties: Welcoming clients, managing front-desk inquiries, and maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
Telephone Support: Answering calls, providing information, and routing inquiries appropriately.
Appointment Management: Scheduling, issuing, and managing appointments within the IMS electronic system.
Administrative Support: Assisting the interdisciplinary team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinating with external stakeholders to facilitate services and ensure information flow.
Team Collaboration: Working alongside other clerical officers and reporting to the Staff Officer.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role (experience in healthcare or disability services an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with electronic systems (experience with Tyndale Specialist System) .
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
