Are you a high-performing recruiter with proven experience placing Doctors into acute settings across hospitals or the wider healthcare system? Due to continued growth and new business wins across the HSC and private healthcare sector, TTM Healthcare Solutions is expanding our Medical Division in Northern Ireland — and we’re looking for someone like you.
We want to speak to experienced Medical Recruiters, Doctor Resourcers, or 360 Consultants who know what it takes to fill urgent, high-pressure hospital shifts with quality, compliance, and speed.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Sourcing and placing Doctors across all grades into acute hospital roles
- Managing a fast-paced desk with immediate vacancies and long-term contracts
- Developing strong pipelines of locum and permanent candidates
- Building relationships with clinical stakeholders and decision-makers
- Driving process from registration through to compliance and first placement
- You have experience recruiting doctors into acute or hospital settings
- You thrive under pressure and understand urgency in healthcare recruitment
- You’re confident, process-driven, and ready to make an immediate impact
