Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.

- Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
- Assist with light domestic duties including meal preparation and light cleaning.

- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments or outings when required (driving skills are advantageous).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is desirable.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation purposes.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in following care plans.
- Valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn driving if necessary.
