Vax, part of Global Floorcare, is seeking an Advanced Development Technical Research Manager in Droitwich Spa. You will lead the engineering sciences team across CFD, NVH, system modelling and Multi-Physics, guiding technology maturation with rigorous analysis and experimentation.

You will apply first principles and mechanical judgement to drive robust electro-mechanical system concepts, collaborate with electrical and design teams, and influence product architectures and investment decisions.
