We are seeking a creative and hands-on industrial design engineer to transform ideas into desirable, manufacturable products that delight consumers and strengthen our brand. This role focuses on developing concepts and designs across a range of floorcare products working across a number of teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling product concepts and designs.
  • Create high-quality CAD models & renders.
  • Drive ergonomic and user experience excellence in designs.
  • Develop & contribute to CMF and Visual Brand Language.
  • Design & build compelling visual models and UX Prototypes.
  • Support design research and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver A-Surface Intent.
  • Collaborate with Electrical Engineering to integrate new UI / HMI Features into future products.
  • Communicate design intent to business and key stakeholders.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial, Product or UX Design or Equivalent.
  • Strong Industrial Design Experience in Consumer Product.
  • Excellent CAD, Sketching and Presentation Skills.
  • Proven ability to rapidly produce high quality renders.
  • Experience in Design Research Methodologies (IDEO, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design).
