ABOUT THE ROLE: This role reports to the LVP Legal Affairs EMEA and Global Privacy Officer, located at our European Headquarters in either UK (Maidenhead) or Germany (Winnenden).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region
- Review, draft, and advise on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution, and service agreements
- Work on projects related to Competition Law
- Review and draft legal documents for campaigns
- Assist with collating billing information
- Support signing and closing procedures, including collating signature packs and executing documents
- Participate in business projects related to legal roll-out
- Conduct legal research
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with at least 5 years PQE
- Proven experience in Commercial/Contract law, preferably in an international environment
- Knowledge and experience in competition/cartel law is advantageous
- Experience in Data Privacy is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a business mindset
- Proactive team player capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks
- Organized and structured in approach
