Simulations and systems engineer

This role is responsible for predicting system performance and developing data-driven proposals for future product layouts before hardware, component designs, or detailed engineering are available. By creating and applying trusted predictive models, the role enables faster, more informed engineering decisions early in the development process, reducing the need for physical prototype iterations while improving overall system optimisation. The position plays a key part in building engineering confidence by providing accurate performance insights that support efficient product development and strategic design decisions.
Responsibilities:
