Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Effectively manage the electronics team to deliver on project goals across multiple products
- Technical Direction: Direct and review work across multiple projects, teaching others to evaluate designs and determine analysis needs
- Coaching & Mentorship: Coach and mentor engineers through risk assessment, management, and technical communication
- Innovation Culture: Foster a team that delivers product innovation and proposes new ideas with strong business fit
- Organizational Leadership: Build leaders within the org and manage complex programs to achieve cost, performance, and schedule

- Communicates effectively across the BU and up to VP/SVP level, simplifying complex technical topics
- Wholistic mastery of the Advanced or NPD (Vigor) process and converge at a Project Leader level
- Frames technical trade off discussions and coaches others on technical and project communication
- Effective resource planning with the ability to realign teams to urgencies and pitfalls
- Very knowledgeable of customer needs across all products in the category
