We're looking for someone who can lead the development of future electrical technologies that enable differentiated, intelligent products and support long-term business growth. You'll define and drive the electrical technology roadmap, lead the delivery of proof-of-concept activities, and build strong technical capability within the team. You'll also develop effective partnerships with suppliers and ensure new technologies are successfully matured and transitioned into new product development programmes.

- Leads Advanced Electrical Engineering Activities
- Define future electrical architectures
- Drive sensor, control and embedded technology development
- Lead and build proof of concepts and demonstrators
- Lead supplier technical collaborations
- Develop and mentor the Advanced EE Team
- Shape Technology Roadmaps
- Support system integration across disciplines
What we need from you:
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or Equivalent Degree (BEng)
- Strong background in electronics and embedded systems
- Experience leading technical teams
- Knowledge of sensors, motor control and power electronics
