Location: Remote within UK
We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Manager to lead our field sales team and drive growth across the territory. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and customer engagement to deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.
- Guide and develop the field sales team through effective communication, motivation, skills and performance management techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally as well as externally with customers and suppliers.
- Assign account responsibilities within the sales team to maximize market penetration and account coverage.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical needs and growth opportunities.
- Run regular performance reviews and implement development plans to maximize team potential.
- Define and track annual and quarterly goals to focus our resources on the most important issues.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, where you gained solid knowledge within the electronic component industry, products and services.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
- Self Motivation and Adaptability.
- Strong analytical and sales methodology skills and solution oriented approach.
- Strong presentation skills for customer and internal audiences.
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Available to travel locally frequently and abroad occasionally, valid Driver’s License is required.
