An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Operational Team within Master Data on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, as a Master Data Administrator. The UK Master Data team performs a hugely important function of data management with the UK Operations Team. Based in Marlow and reporting to the Master Data Manager, the Master Data Administrator will be responsible for the coordination and input of data in relation to materials, customers, pricing and promotions along with supporting the Master Data Manager and Co-Ordinator on strategic projects and ad hoc tasks. This role links into all areas of the business and is an important responsibility in maintaining compliance of business data processes and ensuring accuracy and integrity of content.
Please note this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract to support ongoing project work. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our growing team in our new offices in Marlow! We will offer a work from home option (which is to be agreed directly with your line manager upon successful completion of your training).

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain Master Data records within SAP across materials, customers, pricing and promotions
- Validate all requests, identifying issues before creation/changes are made in the system.
- Maintain data integrity by performing periodic data cleansing activities
- Assist with routine and ad-hoc reports around returns, pricing & promotions, sales order processing etc.
- Working with key stakeholders across the business including; Finance, Commercial Sales team, Customer Services, Warehouse and the Senior Management Team
- Provide key-user support for master data queries, providing guidance and training to users on master data standards
- Support the Master Data Manager on any other ad hoc task, including testing for the S/4 Hana integration project.
- Undertake relevant training when required to ensure skill set is maintained.
- Continually improve business working processes, looking for smart ways to enhance efficiencies for the wider team
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with processing in SAP, and working across multiple systems is essential
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Master Data is desired
- Confident in use of Microsoft Office packages with Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables & Lookups
- Be able to work off own initiative and think outside of the box
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective communication at all levels within the organisation
- Good Organisational and Analytical skills with high standards of attention to detail accuracy
