As Finance Systems and Transformation Lead, you will work as a key member of the EMEA Accounting, Controlling and Governance team. This role will work closely with regional and central finance teams across Europe focusing on finance systems, process improvement and project management. The role will report to and support the Manager EMEA Controlling & Governance in his role as Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of Finance Systems, processes and controls, including recommendations for process efficiencies, change requests and increased automation.
Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to):- Lead implementation, management and continuous improvement of key finance systems (SAP, Basware, Concur) and processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) at EMEA level.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement in new and existing accounting and reporting related processes.
- Identify, develop and transition new processes to support monthly and annual Financial Reporting (Accounting, Control and Reporting) related processes.
- Deliver trainings to and maintain regular communication and engagement with all EMEA regional and central teams to increase awareness and understanding of finance systems.
- Act as regional admin and single point of contact for third party finance vendors.
- Establish and implement procurement processes and identify harmonisation and cost saving opportunities across the region.
- Lead control improvement initiatives ensuring practical and workable solutions and best practices are followed.
- Work closely with IT and Business Process & Risk team as Finance Key User.
- Participate in other projects for internal process optimization and cost saving initiatives.
- Support implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and Global EPM.
- Continuous Improvement mindset and can-do attitude.
- Self‑sufficient problem‑solver who can research, define, and implement first‑time solutions.
- Experience with Finance systems and transformation in multinational companies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills and strong stakeholder engagement with all levels of a group of equivalent size and growth of TTI EMEA.
- Ability to cope under pressure, deadlines, multi-tasking and be able to demonstrate relevant experience in management of large-scale projects.
- UK Based (Maidenhead) but with a willingness to travel across EMEA - no more than 10%.
