Graduate Finance Leadership Development Programme (GFLDP) – Maidenhead £30,000 base + bonus + excellent benefits

The Programme: Our GFLDP is designed to accelerate your development through a series of structured rotations across key areas of the finance function. You’ll gain exposure to Core Finance pillar, building strong technical foundations while developing the skills and confidence to support critical financial operations and governance. From day one, you’ll be working on meaningful projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and contributing to the decisions that shape the future of the business.
The Role: No two rotations are the same. Over the course of the programme, you will work within Core Finance, including areas such as Financial Reporting, Controls, Accounting, and FP&A. Responsibilities will include:
- Support financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
- Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks
- Support audit processes and internal controls frameworks
- Work on projects to improve processes, efficiency, and financial governance
- Develop a strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations
You’ll be based predominantly in our European Head Quarter office in Maidenhead with a rotation in our UK SBU office in Marlow where you will be working in a collaborative and high-energy office environment with opportunities to interact across the wider organisation.
