Senior Design Leader

We're looking for someone who can shape the future identity of our products by combining design research with consumer insight to create innovative, differentiated solutions. You'll develop inspiring future concepts, define and evolve a distinctive design language that strengthens our brand, and produce high-quality research that informs product direction. Working closely with industrial design, product management, and engineering teams, you'll help define the industrial design strategy and drive collaboration to deliver products that stand out in the market.
Responsibilities:
Lead Industrial Design & Design Research teams
Define future product experience strategy
Translates user research into compelling concept visions
Build a strong design culture & mindset across business
Oversee Design & Concept visions
Drive design quality across programmes
Collaborate with Advanced Development, Product Management and Engineering
Develop future design capabilities
What we need from you:
Industrial Design Degree (BA, BSc)
12+ Years Industrial Design Experience
Proven experience developing consumer products
Industrial Design Strategy & Execution
Excellent Story Telling
Excellent Presentation Skills
Experience in Design Research Methodologies (IDEO, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design
Experience in cross functional leadership
