Marketing Executive
We are excited to share that we are looking for a Marketing Executive who is reporting into the Head of Marketing Communications.
This individual will be responsible for the planning, execution, and performance management of core marketing activity, across the marketing mix, with particular focus on our Audio Visual Channels, whilst monitoring and tracking results and ongoing performance to a high level of detail.
Support the development and optimisation of activity and results in line with business objectives and KPIs.
Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimise channel performance and deliver actionable insight to further the growth of the Direct to Customer business.
Working with the wider business there will need to be a collaborative approach to creative execution to ensure a consistent Brand messaging.
- Day to day
- Work with the Head of Marketing Communications to deliver targeted Television, and Video On Demand campaigns against business and department objectives.
- Day to day management of partner Agency to optimize Media laydowns for maximum response, and ensure all KPI’s are delivered..
- Provide comprehensive daily and post campaign analysis reports of all activity.
- Develop robust test and learn opportunities within AV, and demonstrate improvements in efficiency of spend.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity.
- Management of Affiliate network.
- Work with Affiliate agency to optimize our offer set and deliver incremental sales.
- Oversee PR and Accreditation budgets
- Management of further channels such as Press and Radio when these are required as part of integrated campaigns.
- Job-Related Experience/ Skills/ Competencies
- Experience of working in a general marketing role, preferably with experience of managing Audio Visual campaigns.
- Experience of managing external agency relationships
- Analytical mindset – Test and learn mentality, with great attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to own and deliver to plan
- Ability to multitask, and time manage in a fast paced and flexible environment.
