As Programme Administrator you will work within the University Placements team, providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Project Coordinator across the full placement cycle. Responsible for managing monitoring call records, maintaining accurate student and placement documentation, and supporting the completion of placement agreements with all university partners. You will take genuine pride in accurate record keeping, understanding that documentation is a compliance and quality function, and manage a high volume of administrative activity across multiple university partners with precise consistency.

Experience in an administrative, coordination or records management role, ideally within an education, training or professional services environment. Demonstrable ability to manage a high volume of documentation and records accurately and consistently across multiple workstreams or accounts. Experience using CRM systems, SharePoint or equivalent document management platforms to maintain records and file correspondence. Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to correspond professionally with students, employers and university contacts on administrative matters. A systematic, organised approach to work with the ability to flag issues, chase outstanding actions and elevate concerns promptly and without prompting.
