As a Group Travel Executive, you will deliver end-to-end educational group travel programmes for overseas agents and direct clients, managing all aspects from sales and quoting through to operations.

The role includes coordinating accommodation, transport, language tuition, excursions and ground services, whilst maximising revenue through effective cost management, healthy margins and upselling opportunities.

You will provide support in development of new agents, products and markets whilst providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop customer accounts, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver all tour arrangements for each group, ensuring all services are delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations using agreed rates, ensuring customer requirements are met, whilst achieving revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services, encouraging package bookings
  • Be flexible with working hours during peak operating periods as required
  • Participating in the out-of- office emergency Rota cover
  • Fluent in French (Oral & Written)
  • Previous experience in sales preferably tourism
  • Experienced in administration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously
