Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Manager to lead our field sales team and drive growth across the territory. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and customer engagement to deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop the field sales team through effective communication, motivation, skills and performance management techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally as well as externally with customers and suppliers
  • Assign account responsibilities within the sales team to maximize market penetration and account coverage
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical needs and growth opportunities
  • Run regular performance reviews and implement development plans to maximize team potential
  • Define and track annual and quarterly goals to focus our resources on the most important issues

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, where you gained solid knowledge within the electronic component industry, products and services.
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Self Motivation and Adaptability
  • Strong analytical and sales methodology skills and solution oriented approach
  • Strong presentation skills for customer and internal audiences
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Available to travel locally frequently and abroad occasionally, valid Driver\’s License is required.
