Job Overview
Based in our European headquarters in Maidenhead, the EMEA Milwaukee Brand team manages the execution of all product, brand and major event marketing launches for the PPE division.
As a Trade Marketing Executive for PPE EMEA, you will help build a commercial marketing plan that drives sales of Personal Protective Equipment and workwear across European regions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all key launch assets, including campaigns, video, photography, conformity documents, press releases and point‑of‑sale execution.
- Support day‑to‑day marketing activities and maintain marketing assets required for European regions.
- Collaborate with EMEA product management teams to create effective marketing support materials for new product launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with European marketing teams, assisting with local implementation and translation.
- Help develop campaigns and marketing assets to grow the PPE division.
- Liaise with external marketing agencies (creative, print, production, merchandising) by creating briefs and managing projects.
- Take ownership of the Product Information Management system to ensure accurate data for downstream services such as catalogue, website, HDN, and Profile Manager.
- Work with Product Management and regional Marketing Managers to develop campaigns and promotions supporting the commercial plan.
- Participate in event management, including pan‑European conferences and events.
- Prepare quarterly press releases for all new products.
- Support the creation of in‑store POS for key launches.
Qualifications
- 2:1 university degree or higher, preferably in business, marketing or a related field.
- Highly motivated and eager to take ownership of projects while working collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good or strong computer skills in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe and the UK as required.
- Positive mindset, driven and a self‑starter with a strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in a European language in addition to English is beneficial but not essential.
