Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Guide and develop the field sales team through effective communication, motivation, skills and performance management techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally as well as externally with customers and suppliers.
  • Assign account responsibilities within the sales team to maximize market penetration and account coverage.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical needs and growth opportunities.
  • Run regular performance reviews and implement development plans to maximize team potential.
  • Define and track annual and quarterly goals to focus our resources on the most important issues.

What You Bring To Us:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, where you gained solid knowledge within the electronic component industry, products and services.
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Self Motivation and Adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and sales methodology skills and solution oriented approach.
  • Strong presentation skills for customer and internal audiences.
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Available to travel locally frequently and abroad occasionally, valid Driver’s License is required.
