Location: Remote within UK

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading our field sales team and driving growth across the territory.
  • Combining leadership, strategic planning, and customer engagement to deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.
  • Guiding and developing the field sales team through effective communication, motivation, skills and performance management techniques.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships internally as well as externally with customers and suppliers.
  • Assigning account responsibilities within the sales team to maximize market penetration and account coverage.
  • Conducting regular customer visits to understand technical needs and growth opportunities.
  • Running regular performance reviews and implementing development plans to maximize team potential.
  • Defining and tracking annual and quarterly goals to focus our resources on the most important issues.

What you bring to us:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, with solid knowledge within the electronic component industry, products and services.
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Self-motivation and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and sales methodology skills and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong presentation skills for customer and internal audiences.
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Available to travel locally frequently and abroad occasionally; valid Driver’s License is required.
