We are seeking a customer success & marketing executive to join a fast moving, fearless independent media business with an award-winning reputation in the travel industry, and throughout B2B media. Reporting into the head of partner content, the individual will work closely with the commercial, marketing and events teams, whilst directly liaising with customers, to support imaginative and effective content campaigns that inspire and engage TTG’s travel agent audience while also delivering real business opportunity for commercial partners.

TTG Media’s Partner Content division is responsible for some of the business’s most impactful initiatives which support TTG’s mission for Smarter, Better, Fairer travel, from the award-winning TTG Sustainable Travel Ambassadors and TTG LGBT+ Ambassadors campaigns, to in-depth destination selling guides, virtual training festivals, and fun interactive games. Above all they will ensure customers remain engaged and demonstrate ROI on their objectives through their campaigns with TTG Media. They will be proactive in looking after our customers and ‘wowing’ them with high-touch customer service that will ensure they continue to work with the company. The role will offer occasional travel to destinations as part of familiarization trips alongside client and travel agents.

You will be expected to work between home and the office (a minimum of two days a week) in our creative work environment in Southwark/Waterloo (London), liaising daily with the most exciting travel brands across the globe.

What we are looking for:

  • A proactive, result driven candidate who can deliver post-campaign reports to the highest of standards, collating, analysing and presenting results in the context of our travel industry media market, monitoring performance and driving engagement to our partner content activity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving engagement to partner campaigns: Measuring campaign effectiveness and adjusting activity / content where necessary
  • Writing targeted, engaging email copy and building creative HTML email campaigns using templates
  • Identifying relevant audiences, segmenting data and managing usage in accordance with GDPR
  • Writing creative design briefs for digital assets, ensuring brand consistency across all items
  • Creating social media content/assets and managing the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and monitoring its impact
  • Developing paid social campaigns and utilising gamification to drive engagement
  • Working closely with the partner content, commercial, and design teams

Campaign management, customer outcomes and reporting:

  • Monitoring the success of client campaigns, measured against the set KPIs agreed between the client and TTG Media
  • Identifying upsell opportunities to the partnerships team
  • Reporting on live campaigns using HubSpot dashboards and Canva
  • Using Salesforce and Asana to manage the delivery of campaigns
  • Analysing the performance of inventory and make KPI recommendations on a quarterly basis

Minimum of one year’s experience in an account management, project management or marketing role

  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail, in terms of factual accuracy, grammar, and adherence to TTG Style Guide
  • Exceptional time management and project-management skills and experience working under pressure to meet both internal and client deadlines
  • Experience in analysing content performance data to inform content creation and publishing strategy
  • Experience using a CMS, email software and CRM systems – ideally HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Video editing skills (preferred but not essential)
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing practices and social media
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure, in co-ordination with a supportive team
  • An attitude and passion to deliver the best
