This position requires you to reside within 75 miles of Portsmouth, VA. If chosen for the position, you'll be assigned to work onsite at 4010 Victory Blvd. Suite 150, Portsmouth, VA 23701, or at 1701-C Church St. Norfolk, VA 23504.

What You’ll Be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You’ll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex concerns from customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, be it face to face or over the phone, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
