Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business revenue through the sale of multi‑vendor CCaaS and CX transformation solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with C‑level stakeholders to position TTEC Digital as a trusted advisor in cloud contact centre and customer experience strategy.
- Collaborate with internal Business Development, Solution Architecture, and Delivery teams to design tailored solutions aligned to client goals.
- Partner with leading CCaaS technology providers (NICE, Genesys, Google, Cisco, etc.) to build joint go‑to‑market and co‑sell strategies.
- Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate forecasting in Dynamics CRM.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partner sales teams to maximise joint pipeline and new revenue opportunities.
- Present compelling proposals and RFP responses that demonstrate commercial acumen, innovation, and clear business value.
- Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in new business sales within the Contact Centre / CCaaS / Digital CX space.
- Proven success selling cloud contact centre and AI‑driven CX solutions across one or more leading vendor ecosystems (NICE, Genesys, Microsoft, Five9, Google, Cisco).
- Track record of closing multi‑year, multi‑million‑pound deals within Enterprise or Mid‑Market segments.
- Deep understanding of customer experience transformation, omnichannel engagement, and contact centre technology trends.
- Ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships and influence strategic technology decisions.
- Experience leading complex bid teams and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver winning solutions.
- Strong consultative, outcome‑oriented selling skills, underpinned by a passion for customer experience and innovation.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating both independently and collaboratively within a high‑growth, fast‑evolving environment.
